Psalm 27, verse 14. Wait for the Lord. Be strong and let your heart take courage. Wait for the Lord.
So my friends, whatever situations we find ourselves in, a core principle that it is worthy for us to adhere to is that of waiting for God. Before we do a thing, anything, let us wait for the Lord to give us guidance and direction.
Sometimes he doesn’t give us specific guidance and direction. He allows us to move forward on the basis of the wisdom that he’s given us as he’s taught us and allowed us to grow. Nevertheless, wait first for the Lord and see if he will say anything.
