This is the key to contentment, isn’t it? Knowing that either way we are safe. We are in Christ as we live for him, and we remain in Christ as we die.
We are in all ways that matter, completely safe. So this is something for us to take on board thoroughly, because it changes how we look at everything.
Lord God, thank you that you have given us this complete win-win situation through Your grace. Please help us to live for Christ, to live for the gospel, knowing that ultimately when we die, we will be with you and we gain everything! Amen.
