Just like the greatest works of art and the greatest trees take time to create and to grow and to mature, sometimes the healing from broken heartedness takes time.
But rest assured that if you are in God’s purposes, if you are listening to him, if you are calling out to him, he is healing you. He is reaching out to you. He is drawing you into his purposes.
We remind ourselves again that God is a loving God. He cares about his children. He brings them through times of discipline and onwards into his kingdom and into a tender relationship between us and our loving Father God.
