Discipline isn’t just a negative thing. Discipline is showing people a better way to live.
If we use the term someone is ‘very disciplined’, we mean that they have a good control over their time, over their priorities, over their motivation.
And the best discipline of all is the discipline that comes from our Heavenly Father because we know that when he disciplines us, it is with the best of motives and it is a sign that he loves us. So we should love his discipline as we love him. And as we do that will bring us deeper into wisdom.
My friends, would we be wise or would we be stupid? Let’s follow Proverbs 12 verse one.
