Our Lord Jesus when he walked this earth was gracious to those around him. He could be stern, but he was loving and caring and considerate, and we should be too.
Let us be people who do not talk carelessly. Let us be people who are championing the causes of the gospel, shown in how we speak and in how we live our lives.
Lord God, I ask for your help so that we can keep a rein on our tongues, so that we do not do damage with what we say, and rather, we are spreading the peace of the gospel wherever we go. Amen.
