If we know that the world doesn’t know God, then surely one of the reasons we are here is to represent God to the world as best we are able with the Holy Spirit empowering us. We are to show the world what kind of God it is that we serve.
Not a God relating to us through an old covenant of judgment and sacrifice and bloodshed, no. A God relating to us through a new covenant of all debts being paid by the blood shed by Christ, so that we do not need to do that anymore.
So how will we show the world who God is? What will we do today, this week, this month, this year?
