Are we able to submit ourselves so much to God’s rule to God’s direction in our life that we will say no matter what happens, God, your will be done. And if this currently is your will for me, then that’s okay, I trust you, whatever the challenge may be.
By no means should anyone feel condemned if they’re unable to recite this verse enthusiastically. But I would encourage you, my friend, to meditate on this, to use it as a prayer, to say, God, will you help me to be like this, change my character, help me to mature and develop?
