Behold, your king is coming to you. Righteous and having salvation is he, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.
If you know the Gospels well, you’ll know that at one point Jesus does indeed enter Jerusalem riding on a donkey, very clearly fulfilling this prophecy from so many hundreds of years before when Zechariah spoke and wrote these words.
