If you’ve not yet received the Holy Spirit, there is only one thing you need to do, and that is to ask your Father. He is a good Father. He will willingly, joyfully give you the gift of the Holy Spirit, and then the Holy Spirit’s fruit will grow in your life. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control, all of these things that reflect the character of Jesus.
