Hear his words, do them, and then when the storm comes, you will find that what you’ve built your life on is substantial, is unshakable. You may be buffeted by the storms, by the tempest of life, but you will not be destroyed.
We hear the words of Jesus, we read them in Scripture, we meditate on them. And then we do them. We look after the poor and the needy. We love one another. We build one another up. We spend time worshipping God. All of these things result in a life that is unshakable. It’s on the Rock.
